DIY 3 Tier Cake Stand $5
A few days ago I threw tea party to celebrate my 18th party. Since three tier cake stands are pretty iconic for afternoon tea, I knew that I either wanted to either buy one or make my own. After scouting pinterest for inspiration, here's what I came up with.
I think these photograph really nicely-- since they're clear, I think you can really get away with the fact that they're made of plastic.
All these supplies cost me less than $5 to buy. Hope you enjoy!
THINGS YOU WILL NEED
1. Hot Glue Gun
2. Wide mouth mason jars
4. Chinet plates (clear plastic plates)
DIRECTIONS
1. Center each jar on your plastic plates, alternating plate, jar, plate, jar, plate.
2. Secure your structure with hot glue on the top and bottom of each jar.
It's a good idea to slide something firm under the base while transporting your filled cake stand(as shown in the first photo).
